Mahalo club members!!!
A couple of things to note this week –
The Coast Guard will be holding safety inspections on February 9th, starting at 9:00 am.
As per US Sailing and club rules, in order to participate in on the water events, you must comply with all Coast Guard regulations. You are not required to pass an inspection but this is the easiest way to ensure that you are compliant and up to par on boating safety.
Rodger and his team of volunteers will be at the club from 9 am until noon, so come down and get your boat checked. This is a FREE service, and we will be having a club workday to get the grounds in order for opening day later in the month. Dry storage participants receive credit towards discounts on parking for attendance, so please make sure to sign up here –
Dry storage renewal notices will be sent via email this week.
If you have a boat in the club dry storage, you will receive your renewal notice via email this week, with a link to pay online that is specific to you. In order to receive the additional discount this needs to be taken care of by March 1, and you may use Paypal/debit/credit for online, immediate payments. If you need to make other arrangements, please speak with the Treasurer, Joe Dubose.
Membership renewal notices will be sent via email this week.
Membership renewal notices for 2019 will be generated and sent to you via email this week, with a link to pay online that is specific to you, and you may use Paypal/debit/credit to finalize your renewal online. If you need to make other arrangements, please speak with the Treasurer, Joe Dubose.
Opening Day and first casual race of the year will be Sledgehammer – February 24th. I look forward to seeing you all there!
