Makeup race date.  Request for RC volunteer for 9/9.  More on the new website.

 

Fall Series #1 was postponed, as you likely know by now.  The new date for the makeup race is going to be October 28, and all the online signups for the event have been updated and can be found here:

9/9 Fall Series #2 Updates from Social Director Krisha Mayes –

Aloha members!

Hope you’re getting ready for this coming Sunday’s race along with the food that will come afterwards. Tacos! So let’s do a taco theme for everyone to bring something to share. Also please RSVP on the website. It’s necessary to get a headcount.
Wanted to make mention that Taylor and I will be Pro for the first race of the Season. We are still looking for a assistance, anybody is willing to help us out to be able to show us how to properly set up a race and the markers that would be great. Unfortunately the people whom i would normally ask are not going to be there. So any volunteers that have done it in the past would be swell.

Using the new website –

Last month we published a post detailing how to use the new website – you can find it here if you missed it – there are a couple of things to highlight, in case there’s any confusion:

Members do not need to log into the website in order to sign up or pay for events currently.

 

If you want to add pictures or a blog post to the club website, you will need to log in, write the post, upload the pictures and as soon as a BOD member approves it, we’ll add it to the website!

If you are trying to sign up to do PRO or Grillmaster or RC, if the date you want to do it is available, it will show as available.  If someone else has already signed up for that date, it will not allow you to sign up.
