Membership renewals are due soon – March 1st.
You may have noticed that you have not received an invoice or a bill yet. Dry storage bills have not been sent out yet either; they will be issued in a few days.
We’ve been looking at new ways to implement the billing and backend to give the treasurer and membership director an easier time of it, so we’re a little later than normal in getting stuff out. Details for renewing your membership are at the end of this post, and are also highlighted in the email update you should be receiving shortly.
Costs increase, the club must adjust.
Unfortunately the DLNR has raised our rent yet again, so we made the very hard decision to adjust membership dues and a few other fees. This decision was not made lightly and we do hope that you all understand the need for this, although this is the first adjustment of annual dues in approximately 15 years.
Annual dues will be $125 for families, $100 for single, $50 for Corinthian and Associate (off island) memberships. Junior and student memberships will remain unchanged.
Race/sail day fees beginning with the Spring Series will be $20 per race, or $75 if you prepay for the series.
Anyone volunteering to be grillmaster for after race potlucks will still be reimbursed up to $50, and PRO/race committee volunteers will be reimbursed up to $10 pp.

You will be updating your member contact information online this year, and then you will be taken to the payments page, where you can decide to pay online, or to print and pay via check or cash (please do not send cash in the mail).
